Watching public / half private

There is a diffrerence between watching public and half-private.

The reason why taking a picture in the toilet is illegal us because it is private place.

These are the public places.

These are public space. Little ambarassing.

These are half - private spaces.

Private but half - private.

Eye on the wall can be a good example but it is a little different because it does not recording private space.
